Dominique Byrd is part of the Administration and Development team at Comunidades Unidas.  Dominique started as an intern at Comunidades Unidas in 2022 and joined as a staff member shortly afterward. During her internship, she participated in the workers rights and preventative health program before transitioning into administrative work. She is passionate about immigrants rights, workers rights, equitable access to healthcare, and environmental justice. In her current role at Comunidades Unidas, she assists with administrative tasks, finances, and grant writing. ​
