SNAP Enrollment Services
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)—formerly known as food stamps—is a government program to help families who need financial support to buy nutritious food. SNAP recipients are given a specific amount to purchase food each month. Enrolled clients receive a Horizon card, which works like a debit card but can only be used to buy items approved by USDA guidelines and nutrition recommendations.
